Our Banbury site is a conversion and new build of an 87 room Travelodge hotel.

The original structure is a 1990s concrete frame of beams, columns, and sheer walls and floors which is being modified to change the previous use of an office into a hotel. The new build includes a hot rolled frame and concrete floors along with timber frame. the façade is a mix of traditional brick and aluminium cladding.
